SHIPPING
Standard shipping is First Class US Postal Service. Upgraded shipping services are available in the check-out stage of your order. International shipments are sent by US Postal Service.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your Pet's Trading Cards: Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation of your pet's trading cards, printing and delivery.

Shop Items: We make every effort to ship orders within 36 hours of receipt. This timeframe excludes weekends and is not guaranteed. Shipping time should be considered separately depending on the shipping service you select. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items should arrive at the destination within 5-10 business days. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?
State and local sales tax is calculated only on your merchandise total when shipping to the state of Texas.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At TokiPoki.com we accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are in US dollars. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as Toki Poki.  Sorry, we do not accept American Express, mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email notification within 30 days of the purchase date requesting a return code. The item must be in “as-sold” condition upon return. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges and we cannot accept the return of customized merchandise.
